Montavro Shipping Policy
1. DELIVERY AREA
We currently deliver to France, the United Kingdom, Norway, and Australia. All orders are shipped directly to the delivery address provided by the customer.
2. SHIPPING FEES
- Standard shipping: Free in France, the United Kingdom, Norway, and Australia.
- VAT / GST: Included in all displayed prices.
- No additional or hidden fees will apply.
3. ORDER CUT-OFF TIME
- Orders placed before 9:00 AM GMT (Monday to Friday) are processed the same day.
- Orders placed after the cut-off time, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
4. ORDER PROCESSING TIME
- Processing time: 2 to 3 business days
- Orders are prepared and shipped from Monday to Friday.
5. DELIVERY TIME
Standard Shipping (Free):
Estimated transit time: 5 to 8 business days after shipment.
Estimated total time (processing + transit): 7 to 11 business days from the order date.
6. CARRIERS
We work with reliable carriers such as La Poste / Colissimo (France), Royal Mail and Hermes (United Kingdom), as well as local carriers in Norway and Australia. Depending on the destination, the most appropriate carrier is selected automatically.
7. ORDER TRACKING
- You will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number.
- Tracking is available via our Track My Order page.
8. FAILED DELIVERIES & UNCLAIMED PACKAGES
If you are absent at the time of delivery, the carrier may attempt redelivery or leave your package at a pickup point.
9. INCORRECT DELIVERY INFORMATION
- It is your responsibility to provide accurate and complete delivery information.
- If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, we will contact you for reshipment or a refund (excluding return shipping fees if applicable).
- If the error is caused by the customer, a new shipment will require an additional payment.
10. DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:
- Contact us within 7 days at: support@montavro.com.
- Include your order number and clear photos of the issue.
- A free replacement will be sent after verification.
- If the problem recurs, a full refund will be issued.
- The item must be unused and returned with its original packaging.
11. LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES
- An order not delivered within 60 days after shipment is considered lost.
- Please contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date to open an investigation.
- After confirmation, a free reshipment or a full refund will be offered.
